They can end this penalty by making a Strength check (at the spell's save DC) to burst their clothing at the seams. If you make a set of clothes too tight, their wearer takes a -2 penalty to DEX and moves at half speed. You can change their cosmetic details (color, fabric, etc), or alter their fit in one of three ways: too tight, just right, too loose. You instantly transmute a set of clothes.
